Precision Cutting

We are able to achieve tolerances as low as ±0.05mm (depending on material thickness) using our state-of-the-art ZUND plotter-cutting system.

Cutting services available include drag-knife cutting (for materials <1mm thick), oscillating knife-cutting (for foam materials), and routing (for materials >1mm thick). For 3D folded parts, our machine is also able to score fold-lines for easier assembly. (Please enquire for assembly services.)

For high-volume mass production, we recommend using die-cut hard-tools (general tolerance ±0.10mm), or soft tools (general tolerance ±0.20mm) as a more cost-effective alternative.
